The Airbnb guidebook has a limited feature set. It does allow for neighborhood recommendations and basic house/guest rules.
But there is no branding. There is no layout control. No multimedia. No bulk management. No upselling. And most notably is only available for Airbnb guests.

You can easily share that link with guests through your automated messaging, whether you’re using Airbnb’s built-in system or (ideally) a property management system (PMS). We recommend using a PMS so guests who book outside of Airbnb still get the guide automatically.

That said, it’s on our radar, and if it’s something hosts are asking for, it’s likely to get prioritized.
If a guest misplaces the link to your guidebook, it’s a good idea to have a backup available inside the rental. We recommend printing the link or using a QR code so guests can easily access it at any time.
