What guest information is collected, and can I choose which fields are required?

At a minimum, you could collect the guest’s name and email.

Beyond that, you can add any custom fields you’d like and choose which ones are required. Some common examples include:

  • Phone number

  • Reservation ID or property name

  • Number of guests

  • Emergency contact

  • Acknowledgment checkboxes for specific rules or amenities

It’s fully customizable to fit your needs.

Can this form be automatically sent to guests based on their booking, or do I have to manually send it?

You don’t have to send it manually, if the custom form is active, guests will be automatically redirected to it when they visit their guidebook.

That means it’s tied to their pre check-in flow without any extra steps on your end.

Does the form integrate with my PMS or Airbnb calendar so I don’t have to enter guest data twice?

Due to updates by Airbnb and other booking platforms, most guest data is no longer automatically shared, so we can’t pre-fill the form with their info.

You’ll need to collect the necessary details directly, either through the form itself or your messaging workflow.

Can I see all submitted info in one place, and export it if needed?

Yes, all submitted info is saved in the backend, and you can view it in one place and export it anytime for your records.

We’ll also have integrations with CRMs, marketing automation, and newsletter platforms to automatically send data to.

Is the guest data stored securely and GDPR/CCPA compliant?

Yes, all guest data is stored securely and is GDPR and CCPA compliant, ensuring privacy and peace of mind for both you and your guests.

Can I use this information to trigger follow-up messages (e.g. personalized welcome notes or upsell offers)?

We don’t offer automated messaging directly through the platform right now, but we do support sending guest data to your CRM or other tools, so you can set up follow-ups from there.

Are guests notified or reminded to fill out the form if they haven’t submitted it?

Guests aren’t sent reminders, but they won’t be able to access the guidebook until they complete the form, so it acts as a natural prompt to get it done.

Can I include custom questions (e.g. “What’s your child’s name for the welcome basket?”)?

Yes, you can include custom questions like that, or pretty much anything else you need.
