Is there a way to track if guests have viewed the guidebook or specific sections?

We don’t track guidebook or section views just yet.

However, we do track certain types of engagement, like:

  • Clicks on neighborhood links

  • Tap-to-call phone number clicks

  • Guest logins (if your PMS is connected)

  • QR code scans

So while you won’t see full view tracking, you can get a sense of whether guests are interacting with key parts.
